Star Wars Episode IV The Empire Strikes Back is the best film of George Lucas’ initial trilogy. Its iconic movie logo is also very different than the later standardized Star Wars movie logos and fonts. Departing from the original Star Wars logo, The Empire Strikes Back logo has angled text which gives it a feel of speed and adventure. The word Empire is featured in the logo giving away who won in the movie. The sharp angles and chunky font match the sci-fi lettering style of the time.
