Transformers is a media franchise owned by American toy company Hasbro and along with producing toys with Japanese toy company Takara Tomy. It’s the battles of sentient, living autonomous robots, with the good side being Autobots and the villains being Decepticons, who can transform into other forms, such as vehicles, planes and animals. The franchise encompasses toys, animation, comic books, video games and big screen film adaptations.
